Clients are responsible for ensuring documents are complete and accurate before the appointment. Notaries are prohibited from advising on document content or legal outcomes.

Appointment Scheduling and Fees
Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or by email. Fees vary based on service type, travel distance, time, and document requirements.
Payment terms, travel fees, and cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of booking. Failure to disclose accurate appointment details may result in additional fees or rescheduling.

Cancellations and No-Shows
Cancellations must be made within the timeframe communicated during booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposits when applicable.

Client Responsibilities
Clients must:

Refusal of Service
